3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By submitting an order through the checkout, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
Before submitting your order, you can review and correct your order details, including the selected products, product options, quantity, billing and shipping address and payment method.
After receiving your order, we will send you an automatic order confirmation by email. With this order confirmation, we accept your offer and the purchase contract is concluded.

Additional shipping costs may apply and will be displayed during checkout before you submit your order.
The available payment methods are shown during checkout and may vary depending on your country, currency, order value and other applicable conditions.

6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal where the legal requirements are met.
Details about the right of withdrawal, withdrawal period, consequences of withdrawal, return shipping costs and the model withdrawal form can be found on our Right of Withdrawal page.
For eligible returns under the statutory right of withdrawal, the consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods where they have been informed accordingly.
Please note that statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply.
In particular, the right of withdrawal may be excluded for goods that are not prefabricated and are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or specification made by the consumer, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
Whether such an exception applies depends on the individual product and configuration.
8. Returns and Transport Damage
Please contact us before returning a product so that we can guide you through the appropriate return process.
For eligible non-defective returns under the statutory right of withdrawal, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible at:
info@holz-liebling.de
Please include your order number and, where possible, photos of the product and packaging.
Further information can be found on our Returns & Refunds page.
9. Natural Wood Characteristics
Wood is a natural material.
Variations in colour, grain, structure, texture, knots and other natural characteristics may occur and are part of the individual appearance of solid wood.
Such natural variations do not in themselves constitute defects.
Depending on the product and environmental conditions, wood may react to changes in humidity and temperature. Natural movement, minor dimensional changes or changes in appearance may therefore occur.
Proper storage, use and care are important to preserve the quality and appearance of solid wood products.
10. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits the statutory rights of consumers in the event of defective goods.
11. Contract Language
The contract language for orders placed through the Wood Dealer online shop is English, unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
12. Consumer Dispute Resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
14. Final Provisions
If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
